A Palletized concentrate pre-blended in the form of low density polyethylene use in relations with LDPE or LLDPE resin to produce VCI polyethylene film for the protection of ferrous or non-ferrous metals. 

METHOD OF USAGE

When extrusion VCI PALLET: PE RESIN = 1: 13(Base on Thickness 0.1mm)

Add color when necessary

Machine Temperature: 180°C~190°C (RESIN FOR MULTI-METAL). 200°C(RESIN FOR FERROUS)

Extruding Method: BLOWING

Packing unit: 25KG per ALUMINUM BAG

STORAGE

 VCI RESIN is sensitive to moisture and must be stored in dry areas.
